This is the good the bad and the ugly.......Some framing crews just don't get it!!! haha The search for a simple modern crew continues. Overall, the project is looking very good and the clients are more than excited!

I absolutely LOVE this house! Do you have any updated pictures you could post? I am very curious about the interior layout especially. What is the area below the bedrooms used for? Is it just open space? We built our home back in 2006 and really learned a lot of lessons. We have come full circle and are now selling this huge house and we are ready to build something smaller, simple and sustainable. I really like your plans so you may be hearing from me soon!
