One Acceptable Craft....In my opinion, and this is paraphrasing the owner of the Construction Zone, Ltd. in Phoenix, AZ, "There is only one acceptable craft no matter what scale of project you are working on, and that is the best that can be done." Every home, regardless of budget or scale that Simple Modern Homes builds will have to stand up to the scrutiny of an architectural eye. My architecture background has made my extremely picky about details in design and construction. This meticulous detail translates to a built product that exceeds the clients expectations at every phase of construction.

Simple Modern Homes.....Why Not???
This blog will try to keep interested viewers informed about the progress of each home. Currently I am working on a home in New Braunfels, Texas for a young energetic couple looking to build a simple home on their lot behind the existing home in order to rent out the existing and live in the contemporary new house. I am working on design as well as continual estimating to make sure that we are staying within the budget set forth by this client. Each client has different needs and each client has a different budget with which to solve their design challenges. Utilizing a larger lot to build a rental house can be an excellent way to generate income while refacing and revitalizing a neighborhood. My goals are to create a superior quality product while helping to redefine and breath new life into slowly fading neighborhoods.
