Simple Modern Homes.....Why Not???
This blog will try to keep interested viewers informed about the progress of each home. Currently I am working on a home in New Braunfels, Texas for a young energetic couple looking to build a simple home on their lot behind the existing home in order to rent out the existing and live in the contemporary new house. I am working on design as well as continual estimating to make sure that we are staying within the budget set forth by this client. Each client has different needs and each client has a different budget with which to solve their design challenges. Utilizing a larger lot to build a rental house can be an excellent way to generate income while refacing and revitalizing a neighborhood. My goals are to create a superior quality product while helping to redefine and breath new life into slowly fading neighborhoods.
